The company was founded by James Francis, author of Artificial Integrity, whose work bridges finance, technology, and cultural innovation. He is the founder of one of Wall Street’s oldest Black-owned investment firms, Chair Emeritus of the Council of Urban Professionals, and Director of the Francis Foundation. As a proud Morehouse College graduate, James brings a lifelong commitment to building systems that amplify trust, elevate identity, and expand access to the tools shaping our future.
